• Returns: Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
• Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Exchanges: Damaged or defective products may be exchanged. Contact us at sales@hardytheory.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including photos of the issue.
• Non-Returnable Items: Opened skincare, used products, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
